    Adiabatic Dry Coolers with PADS and EC axial fans designed to meet the demand for free-cooling applications. DR-Z units maximize the benefits coming from the adiabatic saturation of the air thanks to the built-in water recirculation system and EC electronically commutated fans. Water and power consumption are very low, increasing the EER and making possible free-cooling operation for most of the year.

    • Housing: structure consisting of modular components in hot-dip galvanized steel (DX51D-Z200MC according to EN 10346), epoxy painted and corrosion resistant (class C3 according to EN 12944-2) Evaporative cooling pads: made of special pure cellulose kraft paper impregnated with resins, biocide and antibacterial agents. High resistance to deterioration due to UV rays, fungi, bacteria, algae. Recirculation pump: submersible centrifugal pump in stainless steel. IP 68 enclosure Fans: Brushless energy saving maintenance free external rotor EC axial fans combining excellent performance with extremely low consumption and noise levels. Speed control using 0-10V signal from the built-in control system. Integrated motor thermal protection; insulation class F-THC 155°C; protective grid on air supply Heat exchanger: finned tube type with oval section copper tubes and pre-painted aluminium fins.
